Paradigm Shift: How to Change Your Timeline Reality

You are on one of an infinite amount of timelines available. What you are experiencing in your waking world is all a manifestation of your belief structure. To explain timelines we must first get a solid grasp on now. Right now.

When all of the research has been examined and all of the tests tested, there is no way to say definitively that I am not a figment of your imagination. I might write this post and then disappear the next moment, which would be beautiful. Though we experience on this physical plane with our avatars in conscious awareness of the environment, as real as that might feel, there is still no reasonable explanation for how we got to now. Right now, this physical and mental realm, this timeline is no more real than your dream state.

In western school we are taught the Big Bang as if it’s factual, and even if it is, then there is still the question of what energy created that explosion of life. I used to get light headed when I would think about this as a child. Now I am blissed out at the idea that there is no explanation that clearly shows how we developed to this NOW, and even if there was, how could it be accurate?

It’s truly amazing when you really sit down and think that we are nothing more than an idea. How liberating! How amazingly potential and vibrant are we. What power we possess in the knowing of who and where we are. Where is the planet, galaxy, universe anyways? The possibilities to live your life exactly the way that you want to are endless. Merry Christmas… Early (or late depending on your own excitement level).

So, are you having trouble with your timeline? Do you want to alter your course and float down another path more agreeable to your soul’s desires? It all starts with the acknowledgement of who and where you are. Really understand the truth, which is that life in its unexplainable existence is miraculous, and you are a part of that miracle. You inhabit a bio suit that you can program and you do program it. You taught your suit to walk through electrical impulses that you spontaneously created in your brain and directed through billions of cells into your legs. Magic.

Once you TRULY know where you are and how you got here, then it’s a matter of directing that energy towards your goals. I FEEL as if we are all here to experience. To me, the most logical explanation of my existence is to explore the world and all of its treasures. Maybe even get off Gaia for a bit. I used to work in office environments. I used to live a pretty normal life. Then, I realized who and where I was.

My life is wild at a minimum and I love it. I am constantly in awe of how amazing it is to be experiencing love, pain, and all the rest. I have lived in jungles, traveled off the path and found bliss in the most amazing places. I swam with jelly fish, dolphins, whales, sharks and everything else. Walked with royalty and peasants. I have traveled continents and hemispheres. I have touch healed people with my hands and astral traveled with my friends. I know what I am and I know that I am capable. I know that life is a dream and I am gonna live it merrily down the stream.

Know yourself and everything else will conspire with you to live your life’s journey. See your goals clearly, focus on the time and space that you want and start acting accordingly as if it is so now.

To switch your timeline, become aware of your current one and step consciously into the next through thought. This is the type of activity that is done with patience and a lot of awareness of your environment.

There are many ways to bring divinity into your life. I could write all day about different practices to increase personal energy and pursue your dreams, but it would be a long article.

Angel1You are abundant in your life. You are a being of energy that creates the story. Understand your cosmic abilities. A plant doesn’t send a check to the soil in order to grow each month. There is so much more to us than what the main-stream would have us believe.

Humans are designed with amazing capabilities. Everything in our bodies is directing us towards leading a Blissed Life. You have the ability to harness the power. The natural flow of life.

I have passed energy through my hands, and I have healed my friends pains with it. I know what we are. Even the most anti-esoteric person still has dreams or “gut instincts.” Have you ever thought of that? Even they get visions.

We, you, are designed this way. Intricately housing billions of cells, our bodies are planets themselves. We have glands that secrete visionary substances in order for us to see clearly through that third eye. It’s magical. Our bodies are on auto pilot. They don’t demand anything for it. They simply are. The more natural that you make yours the stronger your true light will shine.

FEEL IT

You are truly here for a reason. A purpose. You are designed to have all that you can imagine. Manifestation Reality. Vibe with your innate nature and ride the wave with your senses open to discovery.

We are here for you and you have the tools all around you to increase your awareness. Even what may seem like a bad situation is all entirely for your growth. The world wants you to succeed. Own it.

Bliss Cleanse 2012 Eating for Manifestation– Recipes, Results and Breakthroughs

We decided to change things up a bit in Bliss Land and try a full cleanse in honor of aligning with our higher selves.

Food is not only a way to get energy, but food is vibration itself. So, of course we started playing with food — even more-so than we usually do. This cleanse incorporates high vibrational raw living foods, wild foods, power herbs, and nutrient dense superfoods. Plus, we are focussing a lot more on keeping our thoughts aligned with what we really want.

Do you know how much energy is truly wasted when you allow your mind to drift into worry, doubt and fear?

So, there will be meditation, yoga, and plenty of surprises– and of course, we are planning to share how it changes our lives.

The best part if this cleanse is that each of us is honoring our unique needs and therefore may eat slightly differently and choose different practices.

A great friend and dear client, Moe, has decided to join our cleanse with us. Since we are currently living in the same house– this works out best for all of us. We all have deeper support and the extra help in the kitchen is great too!

During the course of our cleanse, we will share Moe’s breakthroughs and results as this is her first cleanse and she has her own goals.

Today marks our 3rd official day Bliss Cleansing together!

The Recipes (from 9/18)

Herbal Elixir

Ingredients:
1 cup herbal decoction from 9/17
1 whole coconut (meat and water)
1/2 large avocado
1tsp cinnamon
1-2 cups carrot, ginger, celery, fennel juice (fresh)
Chlorella
MSM (for skin healing and bone healing from car accident last year)

Process:

Blend all of the ingredients together and drink as much as you need.

Us three adults had about 12 oz and Dougie had 6 oz. Then, I drank more later on in the day.

Zucchini Noodles and Sauce X 2

Ingredients/ Sauce 1:

3 cloves of fermented garlic (fermented in olive oil, coconut oil, honey, coconut kefir and raw apple cider vinegar for 30+ days)
1 avocado
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash sea salt
1/4 cup delicious raw organic olive oil

Process:

Blend and mix into raw spiral-sliced zucchini noodles

Ingredients/ Sauce 2:

2 tblsp GF Dijon Mustard with horseradish
1/4 cup of amazing olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt
Cumin, curry powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and a sprinkle of nutmeg
Shaved almonds

Process:

Whisk all ingredients together except almonds and mix into your bowl of noodles. Top with almonds.

Kale Chips ( We didn’t eat these entirely raw for purposes of Thyroid Love)

Ingredients:

1 lb of yummy kale
Juice of 2 lemons
Coconut oil and olive oil to completely coat kale
sea salt, garlic powder, curry, cumin, cayenne and nutmeg (in keeping with flavors in the noodles)

Process:

Cut off kale stems
Drench kale in the above ingredients
Line a baking sheet with the kale leaves
Bake at lowest temp for a few hours or until it reaches your desired texture.
We make them crisp but not burned ( burned food promotes cancer)

Liver Lovin Juice

As we transition into cleansing phase we ate a lot of fat on our first 2 days. We needed it. Fat is a great source of caloric energy, and also warms your adrenals and has a lot to do with brain health. But, we also wanted to give our livers some more help, as our livers must process those fats. Of course raw, organic fats are much easier to digest. ( note: there is already liver support in our elixir… milk thistle, schisandra etc)

Ingredients:
5 carrots
1bunch celery
1 fennel bulb
3 inches ginger
2 whole lemons… rind and all
2 heaping tablespoons of curry powder (cumin, saffron, turmeric, garlic)

Process:

Juice the veggies and stir in the powder

We each drank as much of this juice as we needed.

Doug had about 12 oz. Dougie had about 4 oz and i had about 6 oz. We really didn’t need more.

The key for us is not to feel bloated when drinking, and to moderate our liquid intake so as not to cool down our systems too much, feel cold, have an energy crash or experience frequent urination. These symptoms are a result of over-hydration which I experienced after going all raw vegan for a period that was too long for my body.

By over-hydrating, I actually did to myself what the Chinese Med teachers warned me about– I put out my digestive fire and wound up hungry, losing weight and energy, and being cold all of the time. So, although raw veganism worked for me for a very long time, I’ve had to adjust it to make it more sustainable and this includes moderating liquid intake.

Lemon Bars

Crust Ingredients:

2 cups soaked raw oats
1 cup shredded coconut
Coconut oil
Sea salt
Zest of 1 lemon
Handful soaked dates
Splash vanilla

Filling Ingredients:

Juice of 10 lemons
Zest of 2 lemons
2 avocados
2tblsp coconut butter
2 tblsp soaked Irish moss

Process:

Blend crust ingredients
Add in some coconut oil to both whirl it around and help it stick together once it’s formed
Form into a 6×8 in pan
Refrigerate crust for about an hour

Blend filling ingredients well, and be sure the Irish moss is completely soaked in
Pour into crust
Refrigerate for a few hours (the Irish moss will help it set really well)

Bone Broth

We had some more bone broth throughout the day. This time we seasoned it like French Onion Soup just for fun!

We also ate 3 yummy salads that Doug made with shredded veggies and various delicious combos of herbs and spices.

And then there was quinoa. All 4 of us really felt the need to have the grounding energy of quinoa.

Breakthroughs:

We are really not eating much differently than we usually do. But there is a lot more intent to stay on a high vibrational level.

We made a vision board and are of course seeing exact things come into fruition. This always amazes me!

If you remember that one of our goals was to help Dougie, cognitively. Well, we’ve seen results in the first day. He is truly connecting deeper with concepts we’ve been working– on especially with math.

Healing really happens when you sleep!

When you are awake, your immune system is awake–fighting parasites that threaten your skin, or battling fight or flight situations. But, when you sleep, your immune system goes deep within and can do things like re-populate your gut with healthy bacteria, transfer waste where it needs to go, give your organs a rest and so much more! Many of us are constantly in fight or flight stress mode and cannot heal no matter what good foods we eat.

I am grateful for the intention to get myself out of stress mode and get some real energy back.

I have been able to spend a whole lot more time meditating, and napping together with Dougie each afternoon.

Plus, we have been getting the boy in bed at moonrise. This is an amazing feat. We are very grateful for his new schedule. 😉

Manifestation Reality

The other day I met up with some friends who I hadn’t seen in a long time and of course we got into a rather deep conversation about life and what we are doing in our own realities. It seems like this discussion is always coming up with me wether it be with a stranger or a life partner. While having the conversation I sat back and reflected to myself about how truly amazing we all are and what makes us do what we all do on a daily basis.

I was thinking about the person who goes to his job in a cubicle, the yoga instructor who sings to her students, the business man who drives his Lamborghini to his favorite coffee shop across the street instead of walking. We are all living out our realities. We have all chosen to be here. We have chosen to subscribe to this reality and participate in its course.

Gina and I have been talking so much about the subject of reality lately that it really gets my head spinning at times.

I believe that each person lives in his/her own reality in correspondence with everyone else, but that doesn’t mean that everyone is living in the same reality. I am not talking about parallel realities here, which is another equally interesting and important concept. I am talking about people living in your reality, however completely disconnected from the life that you have created.

Have you ever wondered how others varied so much from you in their perspectives, ideals and awareness? How are people allowing problems in their realities and not seemingly noticing them. It’s as if you are living in another world. Maybe the truth isn’t so far off. Just like the colorblind man, these others can not see the colors of the beautiful butterfly or the red blood on a politicians money, because you can’t see what you don’t know is there.

We are all here to live out our realities. I believe my life is a quest to learn and grow. The wonderful truth about it is that none of us can say for certain what our purpose is here, for none of us can prove indefinitely where we come from or how we managed into this physical form. It is all simply guesses, educated or not.

I am here to learn and grow. To do the acts that bring me into awareness and a highly developed consciousness. I couldn’t imagine a life without miraculous events and new experiences. I have come too far to subscribe to someone else’s ideas of life. It is my path to explore and be me at all costs. Some people blindly follow doctors orders, where I wouldn’t blindly follow anything. It’s more than the acceptance of someone else’s view point, it’s the desire to live my path next to theirs and understand that we are all on our own paths. That path is theirs and this path is mine.

I’ve learned to love everyone for their unique journey and never worry for their safety. I find myself worrying less each minute. Worry never changed my situation, it only incorporated into my reality. Live the life you want to. I believe it is the reason that you and I are here. I hope to see you out there smiling. Enjoy your day… Always.

Releasing Anger and Allowing Abundance

I have been thinking about what creates vindictive thoughts and revenge lately, because I was recently accused of having them. It all seems like a truly sad venture to have your heart set on hurting another person. I understand that wanting to get even with someone is a human emotion, but to what end? I am not telling you to let people slap you around, and at the same time I am not the person to say to get your revenge. So, where is the middle ground?

Recently I had a landlord in my life who was trying to goad me into a confrontation with her. Every day I continued my personal work and left her alone, yet the situation continued to grow. I was told that I was a very negative person with some master plan to only bring pain to others. These comments didn’t hurt me because I knew the truth, but then she crossed my fine line, which was to attempt her tactics on my wife. It was hard for me to see the positive side in this anymore.

The night before this happened, Gina and I were on the beach and we did a Reiki Healing Attunement on the issue. In retrospect, it makes perfect sense that this woman would go after Gina the next morning, as we needed something to open up my eyes. We immediately packed up our belongings, requested a refund (which we only got some of) and left to find a much better place. Now, instead of living with bugs coming out of our faucets and the smell of drugs every day, we are staying in a very clean and beautiful hotel right on the ocean. A king-size bed with air conditioning after a long stay in the jungle is magical.

If someone is trying to hurt you, then ask yourself why. Maybe you have something that they don’t and they are mad at you for it. Maybe that person has serious problems of their own to deal with and they find it comforting to take it out on you. Most arguments that I run into turn out to be big misunderstandings. One person believes that the other is trying to harm them for some silly reason and the other thinks that person is just evil.

I attracted my situation. It’s hard for me to admit. I have had an aggressive past that taught me a great deal about how to treat and deal with others. I am not the dog that barks at the mailman. I like to leave people to their own growth. In not participating in the repeated attacks of having my utilities randomly shut off or crazy emails about my character, I helped increase her anger. It wasn’t my goal. I was simply trying to not involve myself deeper into a bad relationship.

When you get to the core of people you remember that we are all children. We are all uniquely and divinely placed here as individuals on our paths. We might pick up ideas about life and handling conflicts from media and society, but in the end we are all simply little creatures running around learning together. We are all weird. You’re weird and I’m weird. The goal is not to overcome your weirdness, but to grow with it and understand the real you and your part in this collective reality.

When you are seeking revenge on another you must remember that each person is simply another organism on the planet trying to make it their way. Hurting them in any fashion only hurts you. You cannot wholly gain from hurting another. You might feel positive about it for a while, but that is the same high that you can get from drugs. It is your momentary fix. Instead of putting that energy into destruction, try spending it on bettering yourself. Go to yoga, seek out your promotion, elevate the real you.

My upbringing raised me to attack all situations. I was always looking for an edge on an opponent. I must say though that all of my dueling never equalled one beautiful day on the beach with my family. I can’t recollect a successful fight that felt as good as making my way in the world. I learned on my own that my path to true happiness was through finding the bright side in my life and putting all of my energy towards it.

The truth is that the only way to truly feel good is to work on you, not on someone else. Live YOUR life for YOU. Don’t worry about others. Focus on you. I am not saying to be selfish or uncaring. It’s truly quite to the opposite. What I am saying is to be the beacon of honesty, truth and success that you wish for everyone else. The best way to help others is to show them through your example. You don’t need to harm anyone, just live the life of light that you were meant to. Be free!

Gratitude Journal Experiment Days 23-30 — It’s Been a Month! Gratitude Journaling Results

Time for some gratitude attitude! Yo DJ give me a fat beat to show some love to this awesome month. We have met new friends, learned new things, regressed and progressed. It’s been a month of deep understanding in what we do and who we are.

We spent time each day taking in our opportunities and blessings. We focused on healthy manifestation and worked towards happiness through self-fulfillment. If a scenario wasn’t for the greater good of making us smile, we found ways to turn it into something optimistic.

Dwelling will only bring more to dwell on. Like attracts like. Please take some time today to see the bright side of your life. We all have miraculous ability to make anything out of our future that we want. Fill yourself with hope and possibility. We make the change.

We didn’t ask for most of this, but inside we knew we needed it. The need to be properly rewarded for the work we do, helps us continue on this path. It would be the same for anyone, we think. But, sometimes we just don’t even know what to ask for. We were so distraught a month ago, and we thought that all we really needed was material. We thought we had a handle on the spiritual and emotional stuff. Yes, it’s our strong-suit, for sure. But, simply practicing gratitude everyday has made us see everything more clearly. We are, once again– amazed.

Being grateful doesn’t mean that you are always smiling, or are always happy with your outcome. It’s about understanding your outcomes, and working towards finding the purpose in the guy behind you honking his horn like you’re deaf. There is always a reason for the way things happen and every experience is a chance for you to learn something new.

If a situation seems dire, then reflect on it and figure out what purpose it is teaching you. Find your bliss and gratitude in appreciating every moment, even if it doesn’t seem to be beneficial.

Gratitude Journal Experiment Days 12-15: Forget Manifestation! This is God at Work –Gratitude Journaling Results

We’ve done it again. Surprised ourselves with how eternally good life can be when we slow down and smell the flowers. And the coffee.

I’ve always been happy. I just used to think that to be happy I had to have something to make me happy — you know, like a nice friend, a chocolate cake, a cuddly blanket, sweet kisses from a sweet dude…. Stuff like that.

And, even though 7 years ago, I learned that loving myself was an option thanks to a very dear friend who had herself just discovered the phenomenon — I continue to sink deeper into the depths of that pleasure.

We started this gratitude blog, so that we could train ourselves to live more in that heart vibration. We know that our hearts vibrate so much stronger than our minds that the frequency can even heal DNA. We know that when we really align our thoughts and actions with what’s right in our hearts, we often manifest amazing “things” and experiences. Naturally, we figured that journaling our experience would help us prove that gratitude does WORK. But we’re not new age mumbo-jumbo blowers. We don’t believe we have full control. We believe we are connected co-creators, and that just because we may desire a million dollars, we’re not going to manifest it by simply being super grateful. It’s certainly not impossible. It’s completely probable –if the million bucks is exactly what we need to fulfill our purpose.

It seems that by beginning with the things or concepts that make us happy in the moment, we discover the deeper sense of happiness within… Or, we in fact CREATE a deeper sense of happiness that isn’t reliant on stuff or experiences.

We’ve been able to manifest a great number of “things” thanks to our clear connection with spirit. We are absolutely always taken care of in the best ways. This has been the case for me even since I was a small child. If I need a quarter, I find a quarter. If I’m craving ice cream, someone hands me a cone. I truly never want painfully for what I don’t have. I’ve intuitively summoned help from people during the middle of the night, found free furniture that was shown to me in visions, known exactly where to travel, who to talk to… Stuff like that.

That said, we went through some tough piles of dung recently. As we move on our spiritual path, we’ve been challenged with connecting our own spirits and bodies. We’ve had some physical limitations that I’ll talk about in another post. Many things that seem real and concrete in the social, outside world like money, food, establishments, schools, politics and Rules about the “norm” have revealed their falseness to us. It is as if we are being spiritually led to not buy into them, yet we have to play the game a little for natural physical survival. Well, I got to meet my angry side again, and so did the fam…. So that was interesting. We’ve all had some mood swings.

But, we’ve remained grateful and realistic. When these feelings come up, we usually wind up laughing at them in a matter of minutes. But because we still had some remnants of those old paradigm rules for happiness, we’d stuffed down the less savory emotions. So, Doug allows me to get all angry, and I allow him to say “Fuck” and we give Dougie his space to cry. Then we all have a laugh.

I thank the Gratitude Experiment for allowing us all to slow down and make this release possible.

The Results
So, let’s talk more about some concrete things that have happened for us in the last few days.
We took a jungle walk and discovered a swim-able beach haven that’s virtually secluded. It has a mediation hut built from palm trees, and the air is magnificently clean. This discovery came after me putting out the intention to help Dougie receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

The rest of the weekend flowed like a testimonial for “the Secret. I asked for a health food store in town, and suddenly a brand new one opened its doors. I asked for a kombucha scoby and was told that nobody here does that. Then, of course I met a woman who gave me… Not only a scoby and free bottle of home-made kombucha, but also some veggie culture starter. Wow! I thought… If I only had coconut kefir starter. Wouldn’t you know, she had some…. But she couldn’t give me any. So, I took a walk and met another woman who happened to be reading the Body Ecology book. Naturally, I calmed my enthusiasm, and in 2 minutes had her bringing me milk and water kefir grains, home made yogurt, coconut water kefir, and placing an order for Body Ecology starters and supplements. Now, it looks like I may soon be teaching a gut health class in Sayulita.

We like it so much here that we’ve stalled our plans for Ecuador a little. We were taking a walk talking about whether we should go to Ecuador at all, when we met Amy– someone who lived in Quito Ecuador for 6 months and highly recommends it. Sign?

Today, we were gifted with raw coconuts right from the tree too!

If you follow the stars, you know that Venus is in retrograde right now, which leaves many of us trying to filter out that which we don’t need in order to integrate the rest more harmoniously. We are doing lots of this here in Bliss Land. And we decided to spend less time online and more time living. I think this is going to make us even happier!

Gratitude Journal Experiment: Day 9- Gratitude Journaling Results

We eased into the day. One minute of bliss at a time. Took a walk through the jungle and marveled at the plethora of wildlife and magical life that inhabit its majesty. What a world we live in. Overly descriptive, but true.

How often do we find the time to stop and enjoy all of the beauty that surrounds us? No matter what your situation has to offer, there are always sunrises and sunsets. Good people to line the path your day might take. Little surprises to remind you that this life is ever-changing and unexpected at its core. You never know what tomorrow will bring, so take in every moment like you mean it.

The Results

In the past day we have received new clients and found cool places to enjoy life. There has been more nature around us and a better sense of our surroundings. Answers have been coming to us in a calm and efficient manner, which has paid off positively. In the fateful words of Ice Cube “Got to say it was a good day.”
